Contribute to the documentation team for a specific suite of cybersecurity software products. Including, but not limited to SDK and API documentation.

Technical communicator | Aleido  - Stockholm, Sweden AUG 2024 – JAN 2025
Contributed as a member of Ericsson’s customer-focused documentation team. Responsibilities included:

• Develop and review comprehensive documentation

• Investigate and evaluate automation and AI solutions tailored for documentation teams

• Design and implement agile methodologies specifically for the backend operations of the Docs-as-Code team and enhance the collaborative processes within the cross-functional team

Technical writer | Nordic Semiconductor - Stockholm, Sweden NOV 2021 – JUL 2024

• Review software documentation submitted by embedded engineers, and collaborating closely with them to develop comprehensive procedural documentation

• Collaborate with fellow technical writers to evaluate existing documentation for usability and overall quality

• Contribute to an international team to design and sustain documentation for Nordic Semiconductor’s Visual Studio Code extension while enhancing various elements of the product’s user interface
